I have lived in the Highland View apartments for a little over three years, and since Abbey has bought these units, I voiced several issues in my apartment that needed to be addressed and within one week’s time, they all were completed. The ladies in the Highland Bluff office ROCK.....I met Ms T first, then Ms L, and then Ms A, (I think). I will be here another three years if these ladies and Abbey stay here. Great Job.

I want to thank Jonathan in the leasing office so much! When I first spoke with Jonathan, I was in Louisiana preparing to relocate to Birmingham and I was a little concerned about making a smooth transition in such a short amount of time. I expressed my concerns to him and he assured me that he would do his best to make sure my application was processed in a timely manner. He communicated every step of the process. He did exactly what he had promised! I didn’t see the apartment until my move-in day and was surprised at how much Jonathan listened to me and had chosen the perfect apartment for me!
